When Is David Attenborough New Series On? David Attenborough will start a new wildlife show next week.

The famous wildlife presenter explores the UK’s wild islands, forests, rivers, beaches, and meadows in the BBC documentary series Wild Isles.

Fans will be happy to hear the naturalist’s famously soothing Received Pronunciation again, but The Observer says this is likely to be his last on-location series.

Since Green Planet was shot more than four years ago, this is the first time Attenborough has been filmed on location.

Producers used the newest technology to get exciting footage of animals doing unique things, like sea eagles hunting and beautiful butterflies fighting.

The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds, the World Wildlife Fund, and The Open University worked together on the show, which is said to show a side of British wildlife that has never been seen before.

Attenborough had told friends and family in the past that he planned to stop working in front of the camera after speaking at the Cop26 climate conference in Glasgow in 2021. This would be the end of his nearly 70-year career.
