The Fast X Actors Talk About What It Was Like To Work With Paul Walker's Daughter

In May, Fast X will be released in theatres. It is the next movie in the Fast Saga, and many of the actors from the first movie will be back, including Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, and Jordana Brewster. Brie Larson, Jason Momoa, and Rita Moreno, who are all new to the franchise, will also be in the movie. Meadow Walker, who is Paul Walker’s daughter, is also expected to have a small role in the movie. Paul Walker was in the first Fast and the Furious movie and most of the movies that came after it until he died in 2013. In 2021, Diesel walked the younger Walker down the aisle, and it looks like she’ll be joining her “uncle” in Fast X.

Diesel told Extra about it at the launch party for the Fast X trailer. Rodriguez also told the outlet that Paul Walker’s brother Cody Walker and Meadow Walker have helped keep the Fast Saga going.

“It’s really hard to move on without a blessing of some sort from that family because it’s everything… Without kind of like that love from Meadow and Cody and the family, we would be lost a little bit” Rodriguez told Extra.

In a conversation with TMZ, Cody Walker had praised F9 for continuing to honour his brother.

“I think Vin and the whole family have done a good job tastefully letting the character ride off into the sunset. I think Paul would get a real kick out of where it’s gone. It’s gotten so crazy. It’s a wild, wild ride at this point, “Cody Walker broke it down.

“I can’t speculate what he would think, I know that Vin always takes a very serious approach to keeping Paul’s legacy in mind and has always done a really nice job paying tribute to his character. They worked together and were brothers for years. They were all so young when this thing first started.” He also said, “I meet a lot of people who say, “I meet people all the time who say ‘Your brother is the reason why I love cars,’ to which I say ‘Me too.”
