The Conjunction Of The Spheres In The Witcher: Blood Origin? Since The Witcher first appeared on Netflix in 2019, the series has grown to include several spin-offs. The most recent one is Blood Origin, which is a prequel.

Blood Origin takes place 1,200 years before Geralt of Rivia’s story. At that time, neither people nor monsters lived on the Continent.

All of that changed, though, when the Conjunction of the Spheres happened. But what is the Conjunction of the Spheres?

The Conjunction of the Spheres was a terrible time when the realms of Elves, humans, and monsters, which used to be separate, merged into one.

Before the Conjunction, Elves, Dwarves, and Gnomes lived on the Continent, as we know from The Witcher. However, the Conjunction brought many other races, including humans and a wide range of monsters, to the world.

The Conjunction also brought a mysterious force that people came to call “chaos” or “magic.”

The new humans quickly learned how to use this magic and set out to take over the lands that used to belong to the Elves so that they could eventually rule over most of the world.

Because there were dangerous monsters all over the Continent, the humans asked their mages to make warriors who could use magic to kill the dangerous creatures.

In the books, the first Witchers were made at Rissberg Castle by the mage Cosimo Malaspina and his apprentice, Alzur, as part of an experiment. Cosimo and Alzur came up with the first Witcher mutation process.

But the first group of Witchers didn’t have much magic power, so they were seen as failures and kicked out of the castle.

But that didn’t stop the development of the legendary monster hunters. At Castle Morgraig, another group of mages kept working on the project.

They finally got the mutation process down to a science, which involves putting young boys through a series of horrible physical and chemical tests that turn any survivors into mutated Witchers with heightened senses and magical abilities that normal humans don’t have.
