Lucifer Season 6 Cast Rory | Brianna Hildebrand Lucifer

The sixth season ” Lucifer ” begins shortly after the events of Season 5. Lucifer (Tom Ellis) prepares to take his rightful place in heaven, but saying goodbye to earth is more difficult than expected: a new murder calls for his Attention. In most countries, viewers will find out how it all ends on September 10, 2021, on Netflix. In Germany and Austria, on the other hand, Amazon has exclusive premiere rights and we have to wait longer. In the Amazon Prime video, the final ten “Lucifer” episodes are only available from 25 October.

Brianna Hildebrand Lucifer

Brianna Hildebrand appeared in Lucifer’s final season as Rory. Rory’s character is a rebellious young angel, ready to wreak havoc, and who hopes to be able to follow in Lucifer’s footsteps.

Who is Rory in “Lucifer” and who is her mother?

At first, Lucifer vehemently denies the possibility that he could have conceived a child while on earth, but it is later confirmed that Rory is indeed the offspring of Satan. Rory’s claims plunged Lucifer into a world of confusion, and viewers were even more shocked to learn the true identity of Rory’s mother.

Looking ahead, Chloe and Lucifer will have a daughter who we now know is Rory. Rory eventually reveals her real reasons for her return to the past, which stem from her father’s sudden disappearance before she was born.

And their story sounds pretty familiar.

Lucifer has some serious father problems that he finally makes peace with within the series finale. Both Rory and Lucifer learn that sacrifices must be made in the name of love as Lucifer takes on his role as the Redeemer of souls, and we couldn’t have asked for a better ending for season six of the series.

Lucifer wants to sacrifice himself to save Rory

Arriving at the place where Vincent keeps Rory chained, Lucifer agrees to die as long as the kidnapper releases his daughter. The latter, however, lets herself be overcome by the fear of losing her father and, with a surge of strength, frees herself in time to prevent Vincent from fatally hitting Lucifer. Rory’s fury, however, does not seem to subside: only Lucifer will be able to persuade her to calm down just before she kills Vincent, urging her to be a better person than her kidnapper: “Be better than me,” Lucifer says to his daughter. Just as Rory is about to show her evil face, the young woman takes a step back. The two hugs again: “You called me dad” Lucifer points out, while Vincent reappears from behind them, ready to stab Lucifer. Chloe reaches him with two bullets, making it fall on two blades that definitively sanction its end. Shortly before he dies, Vincent murmurs that he wants to see the light “like Daniel” by revealing to Lucifer that Dan has arrived in Heaven. For Vincent, however, there will only be darkness.

Rory, however, is not at all happy with the outcome of the fight. Lucifer is destined to abandon her again, leading the young woman to grow up with a strong sense of emptiness within herself that will make her travel back in time to face her father. Along with Chloe, Lucifer realizes that Daniel got to Heaven thanks to him and the same happened with Lee, helping him break the hellish loop. Rory was also touched by Lucifer: he persuaded her not to kill Vincent. What if that’s the reason Rory went back in time? Why could her father help her heal from the anger and torment that gave her no peace? This is Lucifer’s true calling: not to be the keeper of hell, but the one who helps all damned souls get another chance.

Here we come to August 4, the day that Rory marked the abandonment of his father: Lucifer must return to hell full time to save souls. He cannot keep his foot in two shoes, live an earthly life dedicated to the family, and an ultra-earthly life aimed at those who are in hell. Rory realizes they don’t have to change anything of what it was, otherwise Lucifer may not come to understand his calling. “I asked you to do this,” he tells his father, “Knowing what I know now, I wouldn’t change a thing,” Rory says. The girl is no longer angry: her father was there for her when she needed it most, now the time has come to leave. Before returning to her timeline, Rory gets a promise from her father that nothing will change what it needs to be. Between the tears.
