1923 Season 1 Episode 4: So, where do we start? That’s easy: paying attention to what’s happening with Jacob Dutton. At the end of episode 3, Harrison Ford’s character was put in a life-or-death situation, and there was no way to know for sure if he would live or die. The good news is that he was getting medical care, and we are optimistic that he will get through this.

1923 Season 1 Episode 4 Preview
Will the love between Spencer and Alexandra last through the bubble? Well, Alexandra was upset, but it looks like their relationship is pretty strong.
Spencer has to go home, though, to protect his legacy. Alexandra needs a cup of tea in England, not a glass of fresh milk from the Dutton farm. Will she go with him?
Will Elizabeth make it through? Yes. At first, her wound looked terrible, but it was just a cut on her skin. Or, could this be a hurt that changes what they want to do with their family? After all, Jack needs to make more babies to help the Dutton family grow again.
Will Jacob get through? I have to say; I had a sneaking suspicion that Ford might not be in 1923 for much longer, but not this soon! How could an older man survive being shot by a machine gun in a place where the most advanced medical equipment seems to be an electric washing machine? All of this beautiful star power is going to go away quickly. Jacob will stick around for enough episodes for Spencer to return, say goodbye, and give him the torch.
I was shocked that James Badge Dale and Tim Dekay, two well-known actors, died so quickly. But that’s how things are in Yellowstone. So, the question is: who do you think will be next?
