Like any streaming platform, Netflix is not without its problems. Being compatible with a multitude of devices and operating systems, errors can be as disparate as they are diverse. The audio is not heard, the chapters are shown in another language, it does not allow you to log in. This time we have compiled some of the most typical Netflix problems and their possible solution.
Why Does My Netflix Keep Turning Black
If you see a black screen with no sound, there are several possibilities.
You can try going back to the previous page and trying to play the series or movie again.
Another option that may solve it is by clearing the cache or clearing the Netflix cookies.
If you are using Google Chrome, you can try disabling the extensions.
If you have encountered this problem on your iPhone or iPad, Netflix recommends that you reinstall the application or restart the device.
