Two years ago, when Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine published Tatsuki Fujimoto’s original manga series, it was revealed that the serial was not going to finish but was preparing to begin a new chapter with Shueisha’s Jump+ app in Japan.

Since then, fans have been eagerly awaiting the series’ return, and now the official return date has been set. As a result, the anticipated release date will be much closer than previously thought.

There will be a second installment of the manga in 2022, according to a tweet from the Unofficial Weekly Shonen Jump Twitter feed, which was posted on December 3, 2021.

It was then announced during Jump Festa 2022 that Chainsaw Man manga Part 2 would be released in Summer 2022, but no particular publication date was given — causing a large amount of anger among the global fanbase.

Chainsaw Man Part 2 will be released on July 13, 2022, according to the release date announced on June 20.
