Doja Cat claims she is throwing in the towel on music following an online confrontation with fans who criticized the singer for not stopping to interact with fans outside her hotel in Paraguay, where she was scheduled to perform at the Asuncion festival in Paraguay, two days on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Doja Cat is on tour in Latin America and her time in Paraguay has been almost as eventful as that of Miley Cyrus. The author of ‘ Planet Her ‘ has not been able to play in the country due to bad weather, but she has also had a run-in with her Paraguayan fans, as a result of not having gone out to meet them when they were waiting for her at the door of the hotel in the who was staying.
A group of fans waited for Doja Cat “all day” to meet the artist in Asunción, but Doja did not make an appearance. She defends that “there was a storm” and that when she left the hotel the next morning, “not a single fan was waiting for me”. Her fans assure her that she is lying and that there were people waiting for her the next day to meet her, in the rain.
After the concert was cancelled, Doja organized a private party at Negroni, a bar in Asunción, and allegedly asked that “no one look her in the eye” according to several testimonies. When a tweeter brings up this information to ask Doja “where is your humility?”, the singer does not deny it and replies “if you only knew”.
Doja’s behavior has led to the harassment of his followers on networks, who have developed threads on Twitter to “demonstrate” that “fame has gone to his head” and that he is “Paraguay’s number 1 enemy.” They also accuse her of xenophobia for not wanting to meet the Paraguayan public about her. In other private messages from her they call her directly “bad”.
Faced with the bombardment of criticism, accusations and reproaches from her Paraguayan followers, Doja Cat has snapped and has assured that she is leaving music. “I’m not cut out for this, I’m quitting” were her exact words and “I’m quitting” is his Twitter handle right now.
