The film that adapts one of the most acclaimed video games of this century and with several well-known faces from the film industry, promises a lot of action and the entrance to the Uncharted universe. With a release date of February 11, 2022, In the UK, Sony released a new trailer that shows more about the dynamic of the two protagonists.

Cast Of Uncharted 2022

Holland is the big star of the show, giving life to a young version of the charismatic Nathan Drake. Holland’s career changed forever when Marvel and Sony decided he was the new Spider-Man, but before that he had already excelled in ‘The Impossible’, recently lending his voice to a character in ‘Onward’ and demonstrating his versatility in ‘The devil at all hours’.

Wahlberg’s case is most curious since he was initially counted on to play Drake, but time passed and he finally ended up playing Victor Sullivan, also known as Sully, a fortune hunter who works at the same time as a mentor and father figure to the protagonist.

Banderas, Ali, and Gabrielle round out the film’s main cast. Little has transpired about their characters with the exception of Ali, who plays Chloe Fraser, the romantic interest of the protagonist in the film…

Where Was Uncharted Movie Filmed?

The recordings of ‘Uncharted’ began in mid-March in Germany, but shortly after everything had to be stopped due to the coronavirus pandemic. Filming was finally resumed on July 20, 2020, and remained in Germany until October when they moved to Spain in various locations near the city of Valencia, ending on the 29th of that same month.
