The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten, or, as it’s known in Japan, The Case of the Neighborhood Angel Turning Me into a Degenerate Unaware, is an anime based on the same-named light novel series by Saekisan and Hanekoto.
The series started out as a web novel, but it was later turned into a manga with art by Wan Shibata and music by Suzu Yki. Two tankobon volumes contain all of the manga.

The Japanese animation studio Project No. 9 announced the anime series The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten on January 4, 2022.
Li Hua Wang directs the series, and Keiichiro Ochi wrote the screenplay and wrote the music for the series. Takayuki Noguchi designed the characters, Masakazu Miyake was in charge of art direction, and Moe Hyuga wrote the music for the series. On January 7, 2023, the first episode aired.
The story is about a normal man named Amane Fujimiya who lives a boring life until he meets the beautiful Mahiru Shiina, who completely changes his life for the better.
When Amane sees Mahiru in trouble in the rain one day, he goes to help her. Mahiru offers to help him around his house as a way to say thank you. What comes next is the start of a cute friendship between the two.
Episode 7 was a lot of fun because it showed us how Mahiru Shiina’s biological mother treats her and gave us a glimpse into her parents’ dark past. As the episode ends, Mahiru and Amane hold hands under a cherry blossom tree.
After learning about her past, Amane tries to make her feel better, giving fans another cute moment between the two.
