Taylor Hawkins Cause Of Death: The drummer of the American rock band Foo Fighters, Taylor Hawkins, died at the age of 50 in Colombia.

The causes of death, which Colombian media reported as occurring in the South American country, were not immediately released.

This Friday the band Foo Fighters confirmed the death of their drummer, Taylor Hawkins. The group was going to perform this Friday at the Estereo Picnic Festival ( FEP ) and according to sources in the area, it was announced live that the Americans would not be able to sing at the event. Minutes later, the tragic news was known.

After knowing this fact, the band confirmed that they will cancel the tour they had scheduled for Latin America.

Preliminary information provided by officials of the Casa Medina hotel located in the town of Chapinero -Cra 7 # 69a-22-, announced the death of the artist Oliver Taylor Hawkins.

The cause of death remains to be established. According to versions of relatives, the death could be associated with the consumption of narcotic substances.

According to early reports, Hawkins had chest pain.

Hawkins (Fort Worth, Texas), who had turned 50 on February 17, was found dead in his hotel room in Bogotá where the band is staying, according to local media.

Hawkins was one of the visible figures in the band alongside former Nirvana Dave Grohl. At concerts, he used to leave the drums behind to sing rock classics like Under Pressure by Queen and David Bowie or Rock n’ roll by Led Zeppelin.

Likewise, after the cancellation of this week’s concert in Paraguay, the Foo Fighters musician went out to hug a girl who was playing the drums, an image that went viral.

Although many of the shocked fans decided to stay to remember Hawkins, the guitar chords did not stop playing and after the brief vigil, the Stereo Picnic continued as a tribute to the memory and virtuosity of the late drummer.
