Stranger Things Season 4 Release Date Countdown – Netflix recently confirmed that Stranger Things season 4 would be released in two parts and we already have the dates. The first volume will be available on the streaming platform on May 27, 2022. While the second volume will arrive on July 1, 2022.

Netflix released its latest teaser trailer in May of this year. In the clip, we are taken to the lab where Dr. Brenner conducted his experiments on children, last seen in flashbacks in seasons one and two. An ominous clock ticks in the background; kids chase toy cars around a rainbow track (remember the rainbow room from season two?); someone is playing chess; a ball falls through pins on a pegboard; it is said “the signs point to yes”; there is a creepy childish laugh; toy bricks; it’s all very echoic and lit up in the institutional gray-green we’ve come to expect from bad experimental government agencies.

After a break due to the coronavirus, this Thursday Netflix confirmed that the fiction will be released on its platform on May 26, 2022, being divided into two parts. The second will land on July 1 of this year.

Matt and Ross Duffer, producers of the series. Both underline that the content of the season is “bigger than ever”, which has motivated the decision to divide it into two parts.

Where Will ‘Stranger Things’ Season 4 Take Place?

In one of the first promotional videos of season 4, they made it clear: ”We will not be in Hawkins anymore”. And we already knew that Joyce, Eleven, Will, and Jonathan leave Hawkins to start from scratch, but we didn’t know their next place of residence. Well, thanks to the new ‘teaser’ that Netflix has released, we already know where Eleven will be: in California!

As the producer revealed, in this new installment there will be a haunted house. It is about the ‘Creel House’, by Victor Creel, a psychopath. Everything indicates that it will be a kind of parallel reality.
