Luke Bell, a country music artist who had been missing since this month, passed away at 32, according to the police in Tucson, Arizona, who spoke with CBS News on Tuesday.
According to the authorities, Bell was discovered in the Midtown area of Tucson on Friday, and the investigation is still ongoing.
According to his close friend and fellow country performer Matt Kinman, who spoke to the music blog SavingCountryMusic.com, Bell was reported missing on August 20, not too far from where he was found.
According to what was written on the blog, Bell was in the midst of a “difficult battle” with bipolar disorder.
Born in Lexington, Kentucky, Bell issued his first album after he, in 2012. He is most remembered for the songs “Where Ya Been?” and “Jealous Guy,” the latter he released for the first time in the previous year.
According to Saving Country Music, he has also served as an opening act for well-known country music artists such as Willie Nelson, Hank Williams Jr., and Dwight Yoakam.
