The only piece of unofficial information that we have regarding the ultimate release date of TLOU1 was released on Twitter by Naughty Dog developer Jonathan Benainous, who was responding to a fan and offered the following:

Glad to hear you’re hyped, man! The PC version should come out a bit later, but very soon after the PS5 release.

No matter what happens in the future, the most crucial piece of knowledge we possess is that The Last of Us Part 1 will eventually be released on personal computers when it is initially released for the PlayStation 5 on September 2, 2022.
