Grammy Awards Ceremony Date – The next Grammy ceremony was postponed this Wednesday after the organizers described them as “too many risks” before the omicron variant and without announcing a new date for the gala.

The awards ceremony was scheduled for January 31 in Los Angeles with an audience and live performances. The Recording Academy said it made the decision to postpone the ceremony “after careful consideration and discussion with city and state officials, health and safety experts, as well as the art community and our many partners.”

Last year, like most major awards, shows in early 2021, the Grammys were postponed due to coronavirus fears. The ceremony was postponed from the end of January to mid-March and was held with little public, which consisted mainly of nominees and their guests in and near the Los Angeles Convention Center.

Many of the performances were prerecorded and none were held in front of a large audience.

What Would Be The New Date Of The 2022 Grammy Awards?

If this becomes official, the 2022 Grammy Awards ceremony will take place between March and April at the Crypto.com Arena, instead of January 31. Until now, events such as works have already been postponed in the United States. and concerts are to be held on Broadway.
