Chainsaw Man Season 1 Episode 12: Having completed episode 11, only one more remains in the Chainsaw Man series, and things could be looking better for the bunch, especially Aki (Shogo Sakata).

Denji (Kikunosuke Toya) and his allies are going up against Katana Man (Yo Taichi), Akane (Yoshinori Ono), and the rest of Division 4’s goons once more after dealing them a catastrophic ambush.

But the yakuza have arrived at the duel prepared with more than a few tricks. It’s unclear how the team will escape this situation.

On Tuesday, December 27th, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. ET, Crunchyroll will premiere Episode 12 of Chainsaw Man.

One of my predictions from last week came true: a small victory I’ll take. Although Aki’s deal with the Future Devil didn’t strictly come cheap, all he got out of it was a front-row seat to his tragically unavoidable demise.

Katana Man also appeared, and he’s shaping up to be the show’s last antagonist in the first season. With only one episode left, how will this wild season conclude?

After he vanquishes the devil, he’ll find Akane and either kill or capture her, in my opinion. Absolutely no way Aki will perish in this scenario. Sad as it would be to die at the hands of your former lover’s devil, I don’t believe this is why the Future Devil agreed to give up such a simple arrangement.

Denji and Power’s training has yet to show if they’ve retained any information they were given. Next week, when they run into Katana Man, we’ll finally find the solution. If Kishibe really is as powerful as everyone says he is, this could be a cakewalk for him and his opponent.

All of this season’s events have led up to the Gun Devil’s capture. It wouldn’t shock me if he emerged from hiding and introduced himself to Division 4 or the globe, given the trend of television shows to conclude on shocking or intriguing notes.
