Blacklist Season 9 Release Date On Netflix: NBC has renewed The Blacklist for a ninth season. Played by James Spader, Raymond Reddington is a convicted felon turned FBI informant who has assisted authorities in capturing numerous high-profile criminals. Season 9 of The Blacklist debuted on Oct. 21, 2021.
It will have 22 episodes, and the season finale will air on May 27. The good news is that season 10 is now being produced. Thus the show’s future is inevitable.
Season 9 of The Blacklist will premiere on Netflix at times listed below, with the last episode airing at the end of May.
Since the show’s premiere, Netflix has reportedly paid up to $2 million per episode to air it in multiple areas.
Blacklist Season 9 Plot
Reddington offered Elizabeth the reins to his criminal empire at the end of the prior season, but that plan was derailed when Liz was shot by Townsend’s associate Vandyke.
Two years later, after Dembe Zuma has become an FBI agent, the Task Force is disbanded, only to be reformed when he is injured while working covertly.
Through flashbacks to the past, the season examines how the members of the Task Force dealt with the aftermath of Liz’s death.
Reddington spends the season trying to figure out who ordered Liz’s murder, while Cooper looks into the case of the murder for which he was falsely convicted. Their respective inquiries eventually bring them into a confrontation with a mysterious mutual enemy.
Blacklist Season 9 Release Date On Netflix
After then, Season 9 of The Blacklist will be available in nearly every other location.
Netflix in the United States and Canada won’t be available until the end of season 9, plus a few more months.
Until Season 8, the entire series had been streamed on Netflix in America and Canada. The debut of The Blacklist Season 9 on Netflix is for either October or November of 2022.
Why Isn’t The Blacklist Available On Netflix In The UK?
The Blacklist, with a few notable exceptions, is streamable on Netflix. One noteworthy exception is Netflix UK, which cannot watch the show due to Sky’s broadcast and streaming rights ownership.
