Best Weapons In Octopath Traveler II

Best Weapons In Octopath Traveler II: Octopath Traveler II just came out recently for Nintendo Switch, PC, and PlayStation. In this game, your choices can make a difference because you have to fight many battles as you move through the game. Because of this, you’ll want to make sure you have good weapons, especially if you’re going to play on a harder setting. This guide tells you which weapons are the best in Octopath Traveler II.

You will be able to use a lot of different weapons as you play. Some will be more useful than others, and some will be great for selling and getting money in the game. Your playthrough will be very different depending on the difficulty you choose and which NPCs you hire.

One important thing to know about these weapons is that they cost a lot of money and have a very small chance of dropping in the overworld. If not, you might not have as much luck.

Battle-tested In Octopath Traveler II, Blade is one of the best swords you can get. It is definitely a late-game weapon because of the stats it has and how much it costs. You’ll get 400 Attack Power and +120 Crit with this weapon. It also makes physical skills better.

The Battle-tested Spear is a great spear you can get. You can either buy it or start a side quest by talking to a certain NPC in the overworld. Talk to Senior Retainer Benkei in the Hinoeuma Region (Ku Country) to start the quest. Then, talk to a female NPC who appears in the northeast. This will now start a side quest. When Senior Retainer Benkei shows up, you can do one of two things. You can steal from him with Throne, rob him with Osvald, or buy the sword from him with Partitio.

Using the Battle-tested Spear will give you 400 Attack Power and +120 Speed. You also have a chance of making the person you’re attacking blind.

Battle-Tested Axe is a great weapon for characters who can use elemental attacks on multiple targets. This is because lightning and ice attacks do more damage when used with this weapon. This weapon gives you 400 Attack Power and 250 more damage from elements. This weapon can be bought, but it can also be dropped by an NPC. To get this axe, go to the Winterland Region’s Cold Cape Pub and look for a hooded villager standing near the pub. You should save the game before talking to the villager because there is only a 2% chance that they will drop the axe. Then, use Ochette or Hikari to fight them and beat them.

The Battle-tested Bow has 390 Attack Power and +120 critical. It also can make the enemy less resistant to physical attacks. You can get this weapon by beating the Trainer NPC who is standing outside the Inn in New Delsta. Again, the chance of dropping is 2%, so save your game first. You can fight the NPCs with Ochette or Hikari and then beat them to get the bow.

You need to beat the Trainer NPC at the Northeast Church in Canalbrine to get the Battle-tested Staff. There is a 2% chance of this happening again, so save the game before you fight them. If you get the staff, it gives you 200 Attack Power, +400 Elemental Attack, and a chance to slow down your target.

All you need to know about the best weapons in Octopath Traveler II is what you just read. These are late-game weapons, so you probably won’t be able to beat the trainers or get to those areas early in the game.
