Amanda Bynes Mental Breakdown: Amanda Bynes posted a video on Instagram, which was recently created, speaking for the first time about the trial to end the conservatorship she is under – the actress thanked fans and even talked about the trial that will take place at the end of March.
Amanda Bynes here. My trial date is coming up in two weeks. I want to thank all of you for your love and support. Peace!, she said in the short video.
Interviewed by People magazine, the actress’s lawyer, David A. Esquibias spoke about the case.
Amanda wants to end her guardianship. She believes her condition has improved and court protection is no longer needed.
Amanda Bynes Mental Breakdown
After a mental breakdown in 2013, Bynes’ mother Lynn Bynes acted as her daughter’s conservator. The “She’s the Man” star has dealt with significant mental health issues in recent years and was previously diagnosed with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.
In 2012, Bynes was arrested in Los Angeles for DUI and the following year she was arrested again and faced charges of reckless threat, tampering with evidence, and criminal possession of marijuana.
