BBC America premiere of the miniseries with Sandra Oh ( Grey’s Anatomy ) and Jodie Comer ( The White Princess ). From the creator of Fleabag, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Killing Eve premiere on Sunday, April 8, 2018. The story is based on the novels of Luke Jennings and follows two extra intelligent women who in their desire to become a spy and a murderer start a game of cat/mouse obsessing with each other.
Who Wrote Killing Eve?
The series is based on the novels written by Lucas Jennings where Oh plays Eve, a British analyst who follows the track of Villanelle ( Jodie Corner ), a multi-murderer of women, who will take these two to a hunting game. Phoebe Waller-Bridge (Fleabag) is the creator of this new series, in which she also has the role of showrunner.
Killing Eve Confirms That Its Fourth And Final Season Is Already In Production
The fourth and final season of Killing Eve is now officially in production. This was announced by the social networks of the series today.
The news was accompanied by a short video featuring behind-the-scenes footage of the filming. In the first clip, we see Jodie Comer as the murderer Villanelle, and in the second, we see a mysterious blonde-haired woman in the middle of a crowd.
Although the series will end in 2022, it was previously said that AMC Networks and Sid Gentle Films Ltd were working on ideas for possible spin-offs.
Laura Neal ( Sex Education ) will be the showrunner of the last episodes after Suzanne Heathcote ( Fear the Walking Dead ), who was in charge of the third season.
