Chris Brown was supposed to perform a tribute to Michael Jackson for the 40th anniversary of ‘Thriller,’ but it was canceled at the last minute, and Brown did not show up to collect his award for Best R&B Male Artist.

The rapper has held multiple tribute performances for Michael Jackson, one of the most prominent of which occurred during the 2010 BET Awards.
Tonight the American Music Awards gala is celebrated, and on the 40th anniversary of the publication of the album Thriller, Chris Brown prepared a performance in tribute to Michael Jackson.
However, the AMAs canceled this performance without any explanation, as the rapper explained via Instagram:

Chris Brown also showed how he had the entire performance set up and choreographed with his dancers. This is another of the reasons why the rapper has been angry with this cancellation at the last minute.

When he spoke the singer’s words, booing from the audience began, and Rowland wasted no time trying to silence them. “Sorry, Relax,” she says before delivering a defense speech to the artist, that he was not present at the awards to collect the award from him.
As expected, Kelly’s words have revolutionized users on social networks, opening a debate since the figure of the rapper is not entirely accepted by the entire public in the music industry.
His alleged mistreatment of Rihanna and other unknown young women has marked a before and after in his career and has negatively affected the image that many had of him.
