Tom Schwartz & Katie Maloney Broke Up After 12 Years Of Marriage: Vanderpump Rules stars Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney are going their separate ways.

The longtime couple announced in a separate Instagram post on Tuesday that after more than a decade together they are officially breaking up.

Katie shared a quote,

I never thought I would have to make an announcement like this. But I feel it’s important that I’m open about my life with you. After 12 years on an adventure through life together Tom and I are ending our marriage.

Katie stressed that there’s no bad blood between the former couple and added that the two will continue to love and support each other’s journey towards happiness. Meanwhile, tom isn’t using the term divorce in his Instagram post writing quote,

I’M not quite ready to use the “D” word BC it’s too painful

Tom added that even though this news sucks he fully respects Katie’s decision and ended his post saying a quote

After nine years on a reality tv show, it feels a little tone-deaf to say please respect our privacy, especially while posting this

So instead i’ll ask you to please be kind.
