The Rookie Season 5 Episode 4: This discussion will center on the fourth episode of Season 5 of The Rookie. Based on the conclusion alone, fresh attacks have a lot of potential. We need to talk about love.

After season 4, fans rejoiced at the prospect of a romantic future between Bradford (Eric Winter) and Chen (Melissa O’Neil).

Even the most casual TV viewer knows to tread carefully when using the hashtags “Chadford” or “Bren,” as partner romances in criminal dramas rarely succeed.

Although the writers of The Rookie may give readers a simple and lasting love tale with these two, we’ll choose to remain cautious for the time being.

Season 5 naturally follows the series’ protagonist, Officer Nolan, as he rises in the police ranks.

Remember that, being a criminal procedural, there will also be intriguing stories involving recent cases.

The Rookie Season 5 Episode 4 Preview

Is this the place where we finally see the killer brought to justice? Just a few episodes ago, we saw this character go off into the sunset, and naturally, we have been wondering how long she will be gone.

At least now we know the definitive response to all of those questions. For obvious reasons, she wants to get at Nathan Fillion’s character, and she thinks capturing his girlfriend, Bailey is the best way to do so.

Shocking is Rosalind’s decision here; by forcing Nolan to kill her, she forces him to kill Bailey to save her.

Dyer’s desire to be killed off makes no sense. We believe that she is aware that her time is limited or that she is mindful that Nolan is powerless to save her. This whole thing is really a clever ploy.

Seeing how Simone and the FBI will be available to assist, it will be interesting to see if this plot continues into the spin-off.

In light of this, we truly pray that Dyer is spared on The Rookie: Feds.

To be clear, we don’t mean any disrespect to the spin-off by saying this, but we do like it when series finales don’t occur on spin-offs.

When NCIS: Hawaii wrapped out its narrative involving the Raven, we expressed some similar sentiments.
