The Boys Season 3 Episode 8: The Boys, an Amazon Prime Video blockbuster about a group of anti-heroes, is currently in its third season and doing exceptionally well with viewers. Since “Herogasm” has become a cult favorite, the season finale has been advertised to air on Fridays.
Because there are so many plots in the air, you don’t want a spoiler before the final episode, yet the release dates seem to be a little sooner.
The Boys Season 3 Episode 8 Preview
If you haven’t seen the series yet, you may want to move forward to this section because it focuses on what we hope to see in the conclusion.
One of my favorite aspects of this season has been getting a glimpse into Black Noir’s thoughts.
We didn’t know much about the assassin before this season other than that he had a nut allergy and was mute.
This new information reveals that Soldier Boy had brutally assaulted Black Noir before he was nearly killed by Edgar Stan and the rest of Soldier Boy’s gang.
A lethal assassin conversing with cartoon characters from his past to get insight was entertaining and poignant at the same time, despite the apparent harm to his mind.
With the new interim V. arrival, we saw Maeve continuing her cooperation with the Boys by providing Butcher with information (and a little more than that).
Homelander has threatened to kidnap Maeve’s eggs to start a family with them, and the Temporary V Hughie and Butcher are addicted to is practically a cancer bomb.
Starlight’s warning concerning the Temp V was ignored even after he was attacked and reminded of how Butcher failed his little sibling.
Soldier Boy, the man everyone believed could end Homelander, was revealed to be his father, which threw the entire plot into disarray.
This is true, but unlike in Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back, where we might see Vader return to the light, here we have two villains seemingly collaborating.
In the end, what will become of the team consisting of a war-weary World War Two veteran (possibly?) and a clone with a laundry list of mental disorders? I’d expect a gruesome and shocking conclusion episode.
The Boys Season 3 Episode 8 Release Date
Thursday, July 7 at 8 p.m. EST on Amazon Prime Video will be the final episode of The Boys, which will air at the same time on CST, MST, and EST. A lot of ground must be covered. Therefore I’m hoping for a long playtime.
Amazon Prime Video has already extended the series for a fourth season, so don’t expect all the loose ends to be tied in a neat bow.
We may even witness what happens to the regaining A-Train or if Starlight and Hughie reconcile before the Temporary V catches up with Hughie and Starlight.
