Shahana Model Death: Model and actress Shahana were found dead in Kozhikode on Friday. Shahana’s body was found hanging on the railing of the window of the house.
According to the police, Shahana was found hanging at her residence on Thursday night. Shahana’s husband Sajad(31) has been taken into custody for questioning.

Shahana was found hanging on the window railing at her residence in Parmbil Bazar, 14 km from Kozhikode town. The mysterious circumstances surrounding the death of the young model have raised doubts.
Shahana was only 21 years old. They got married a year and a half ago. She lived in a rented house with her husband. Shahana’s mother has accused her husband of murder, after which the police have taken her into custody. Police have sent the body for post-mortem and are interrogating the husband.
Shahana’s mother said that,
Shahana contacted us on Thursday evening. It was his 20th birthday. She told me she would come home to celebrate her birthday. She was very happy. I don’t think he committed suicide.
Uweema alleged that Shahana was murdered by her husband Sajad. She claimed that Sajad had threatened Shahana that he would kill her if she refused to give the cheque she had received for the advertisement.
Uveema said Shahana started her modeling career after marriage and she also worked in a Tamil film. Uweema claimed that Sajad had refused to return to Qatar after Shahana made a lot of money.
