One Piece Film Red Release Date UK: One Piece Film: Red is a Japanese animated fantasy action-adventure film that will be produced by Toei Animation and directed by Goro Taniguchi. The film will be released in 2022.

It is the fifteenth installment in the One Piece film series, adapted from Eiichiro Oda’s manga of the same name, which he wrote and illustrated.

On that same day, following the airing of One Piece anime episode 1000, a teaser trailer and poster were issued to the public to celebrate the milestone.

In honor of the 25th anniversary of the One Piece manga, the film had its global debut at the Nippon Budokan in Tokyo on July 22, 2022. It was distributed in Japanese theatres on August 6, 2022.

With over 12 billion in Japanese ticket sales as of August 31, the film ranks as the country’s highest-grossing One Piece film to date, the second-highest-grossing Japanese film of 2022, the 26th-highest-grossing movie of all-time in Japan, and the 24th-highest-grossing Japanese cinema in the world.

After 26 days in theatres in Japan, the swashbuckling animated picture One Piece Film: Red has earned almost 12 billion yen (US$87.26 million) thanks to the purchase of 8.6 million tickets.

As a result, Film: Red has surpassed The Wind Rises, which earned 12.02 billion yen (about $116.9 million), to become the 26th highest-grossing film in Japanese box office history. Moreover, in the 2022 box office ranking (which Japanese box offices track from December 2021 to November 2022), Red has surpassed Top Gun Maverick to become the second highest grossing film, trailing only JUJUTSU KAISEN 0’s 13.75 billion yen.

No official release date has been announced regarding the release of One Piece Film Red, but it will be released in 2022 by Anime Limited. We hope it will be released at the end of this year.

It was scheduled to release in the fall of 2022 by Crunchyroll. But in Spain, it was set to release on 4th November 2022.
