Naruto Creator Releases New Art of His Top Hero: There are more characters in Naruto than most readers can keep track of, but only a select few truly shine. Fans appreciate characters like Shikamaru and Hinata, but the real stars are the members of Team 7. With his current take on the Hidden Leaf’s loudest hero, it’s no surprise that Naruto Uzumaki is at the top of the fan-favourite list.

Naruto Creator Releases New Art of His Top Hero

As you can see below, the art comes courtesy of Masashi Kishimoto. The well-known creator has been hard preparing for the introduction of a gallery dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the Naruto anime. To hype the event, Kishimoto inked some new art of Naruto, and you can check out the excellent work below.

In the artwork, we see a self-referential Naruto. You can notice the boy’s genin outfit in the blue and orange illustration, which can be located on the page’s left side. There’s an earlier version of Naruto on the flip side, dressed in orange with a black ninja headband. This artwork merges Naruto’s original look with the one he now uses. You can even make out a shuriken in the middle of the two, spinning like it’s part of a Rasengan explosion.

For those who are unaware, Naruto’s next big event is the opening of an anime-themed gallery in Japan. Artwork from Kishimoto and other shonen artists, including brand-new pieces inspired by Naruto, will be on display. This gathering was planned as part of the festivities commemorating Naruto’s significant milestone. The Jump Festa later this month will likely be the venue where we hear about Naruto’s future plans.
