Inside Number 9 Series 7 Cast: Episode 4 of season 7 features a kidnapping of the wealthy businessman’s wife by a mystery group of kidnappers, and Daisy Haggard and Daniel Mays join the investigation.
This is one of the rare episodes in which we are given the opportunity to see the progression of events from a location other than No. 9, and the episode has a creative presentation that divides the screen in half to show the action from a variety of angles.
Despite the fact that there is a good deal of comedic relief, which is exactly what followers of Shearsmith and Pemberton have come to anticipate, there is also a sense of very serious danger as Lara (Haggard) fights to break free from her captors.
