How Many Times Has Joe Biden Had Covid?
US President Joe Biden tested positive for Covid-19, as confirmed by the White House on July 21, noting that the president is experiencing “very mild” symptoms of the virus, which has rebounded in recent weeks in that country.
Biden, who has had the vaccine against the disease and the two booster doses, has started treatment with the oral antiretroviral drug Paxlovid, will remain isolated in the White House and continue to work.
In this sense, Jean-Pierre explained that the president has already contacted his team members by phone and will participate in several telephone or videoconference meetings from his residence.
Later, Biden himself assured in a tweet that he was “terrific” and published a photo of him sitting in his office smiling.
After landing in DC following his speech yesterday, a maskless Joe Biden spent several minutes speaking face-to-face with reporters.

Biden thanked the support received and noted that he had just called Pennsylvania representatives Bob Casey and Matt Cartwright, as well as the mayor of Scranton, Paige Gebhardt Cognetti, to apologize for not being able to move there today as planned.
After confirming the contagion of the US president, the White House reported that Vice President Kamala Harris tested negative for the virus carried out in the last few hours.
His press team assured us that the last time Harris was in contact with the head of state was last Tuesday.
The political leader, who contracted and overcame the disease last April without significant complications, will continue in her role under the medical team’s guidance.
Meanwhile, first lady Jill Biden affirmed that she also did not show a positive result in a virus test carried out this Thursday so she will continue with her scheduled visits to Michigan and Georgia.
However, it will follow guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on the use of masks and distancing, said its spokesman, Michael LaRosa.
“He’s fine (…) He feels fine,” Jill Biden told the press when she arrived for an event at a Detroit school after being questioned about her husband’s health.
Top White House officials in recent months have been realistic about the likelihood that the president will contract Covid-19 amid a spike in infections in the United States, but according to experts, a more minor threat to those with a complete immunization schedule and access to treatment.
