Kate Bosworth doesn’t have a child, but her husband Michael Polish has a daughter name Jasper Polish from his union with Jo Strettell.
Last year Kate Bosworth and her husband Michael Polish are celebrating. A couple of actors is celebrating their seventh wedding anniversary and to celebrate it, Bosworth has shared with his fans a couple of snapshots with his boy in which he has also left a very special message: “Michael and I are seven years old … what beautiful, crazy and wild journey with you. I’ve been thinking a lot about the perception of marriage, relationships, especially in today’s world, ”he wrote.
On 31 August 2013 Kate Bosworth and Michael Polish got married in a private ceremony. According to People, the event took place at The Ranch in Rock Creek in Montana and only about sixty people were present among their closest family and friends.
The actress and the director met on the set of the movie Big Sur, a feature film that he directed and in which she played one of the main characters. Kate was the one in charge of announcing the engagement in September 2012 during a trip to South Korea, in which they never revealed more details, except that the link would take place in Montana. This is the second marriage for Polish, who has a 15-year-old daughter Jasper Polish from his union with Jo Strettell, who was also present at the ceremony.
Kate Bosworth and Michael Polish Separating After 8 Years of Marriage
On August 5, the 38-year-old actress announced that she and the 50-year-old filmmaker were separating.
In a post shared on Instagram, Bosworth recalled how their love story began. It was 2011 and they were filming Big Sur, a movie that he starred in and directed by Poland.
“‘Do you want to split a hamburger?’ Yes, ”he recalled. “‘How about a shot of whiskey?’ Oh yeah.”
As he walked down memory lane, Bosworth reflected on how “the beginning is often the best part of love.”
