This is based on creating a food routine based on five meals a day: two main meals and two snacks. All rich in protein and abundant in vegetables, especially raw vegetables, which seem to be favorites of this royal.
According to the Daily Mail, Kate Middleton prefers to consume raw dishes such as salads, fruits, gazpacho, goji berries, tabbouleh, and ceviche for their skincare benefits.
When it comes to dinners, the Duchess doesn’t cut corners, and her favorite choices for this last meal of the day are roast chicken, chicken curry, and soups of all kinds. She usually cooks it herself, as she loves it, as she once said.
