Why Is Harper mad At Amerie? Watch the new season of Heartbreak High on Netflix to relive the drama that unfolded in the lives of Hartley High School students in the 1990s.
Students from the same school’s Generation Z class are the protagonists of the remake. Every day adolescent experiences such as dating, friendship, sex, and, inevitably, heartbreak are all addressed.
However, it deals with some serious issues as well. In the climax, Amerie realizes why Harper was so upset with her and learns to empathize with her plight at the festival.
Harper becomes separated from Amerie at the event as her phone dies. Harper keeps drinking and eventually winds up in the car of drug dealer Chook, where she wakes up with two of Chook’s friends touching her in the backseat.
Soon after asking to be carried home, Harper knows she has been led astray and is in danger of being attacked.
After pulling over, Chook and Tilla exit the vehicle, leaving Harper and Jayden alone inside.
Ca$h is quickly revealed to be in the front seat, and he uses a hand gesture to indicate the car’s “unlock” button, releasing her.
As she escapes, Harper sees Jayden rip out a chunk of her hair. The lads start chasing her, but she can get away.
Why Is Harper mad At Amerie?
Once Harper recovers from her harrowing experience, she plans to visit Amerie at her home after the festival. But Amerie refuses to let her in.
Due to her inebriated hookup with Spider, Amerie failed to notice her best friend pounding on her window, pleading with her to let her in.
After that, Harper returns to her own home, where she is met by her father, Jason, who is experiencing a mental breakdown.
