She described having a “weird feeling” in her right arm as she sat having breakfast with her husband, Justin Bieber.
He explained that the operation on his heart was necessary, after the stroke he suffered in early March.
Why Did Hailey Bieber Have A Stroke?
In the video, he commented that after his stroke they carried out studies that established three possible causes:
- Non-prescribed use of contraceptives
- Your recent Covid-19 infection
- The long plane trips between Paris and Los Angeles made in a short time
However, the further analysis identified the most likely cause of his stroke: a patent foramen ovale PDA.
The hole was in the heart and measured between 12 and 13 millimeters, which allowed a clot to escape that went up to his brain and caused a stroke.
Hailey Baldwin pointed out that the AOP usually closes on its own at birth, but it did not in her case, which is why she had to undergo an operation.
He explained that to close the hole in his heart, surgeons inserted a button-like object through the femoral vein in his groin.
The object will be covered with tissue from her own heart over time, which is why the model thanked her doctors and said she was happy to put what happened in the past.
