Before she was married to Chris Pratt, Anna was already a well-known figure in the film industry. She is perhaps most known for her performance as Cindy Campbell in the Scary Movie film franchise.
It would appear that Chris had the intention of proposing to Anna the moment he laid eyes on her.
However, there were some roadblocks, the primary one being Ben Indra, who was married to Anna Faris at the time.
After production wrapped, Anna divorced her husband, and shortly thereafter, she started a relationship with Chris.
In 2008, they got engaged, although Anna had a good idea that Chris was going to propose months before he actually did so since Chris had left the engagement ring lying around on the floor of his vehicle by accident.
Chris proposed to Anna for the first time on her birthday, and the two were married in 2009 in a stunning ceremony that took place in Bali.
In August of 2012, Anna gave birth to their son, Jack, and at the time, the three of them appeared to be the epitome of a contented and joyful family.

They appeared to be the model of a happy and healthy relationship. Nevertheless, it is unfortunate that the demands of their careers as Hollywood superstars will eventually put a strain on their relationship.
On August 7, 2017, the couple shared their decision to separate with the world by posting the following statement on all of their respective social media platforms:
Anna and I are sad to announce we are legally separating. We tried hard for a long time, and we’re really disappointed. Our son has two parents who love him very much and for his sake we want to keep this situation as private as possible moving forward. We still have love for each other, will always cherish our time together and continue to have the deepest respect for one another.
Anna looked on her relationship with Chris on an episode of her podcast that was recorded in 2021 and stated that she never discussed her issues with her former partner with her closest friends and family – and neither did Chris.
