Scream 2 Synopsis

Phil Stevens and his girlfriend Maureen Evans are going to see together the Avant-premiere of the movie “Stab”, inspired by the massacre in the city of Woodsboro the previous year. Most of the audience wears the killer’s costume. But among the enthusiastic fans hides a new murderer who stabs poor Maureen in front of the entire public…

Sidney Prescott, one of the true survivors of the first massacre, has enrolled at the University of Windsor to study drama with his friend Randy. But with this news, the young woman gets scared and stops trusting people. Especially since the murderer acts even on campus: young Casey Cooper is thrown out a window after being stabbed twice. For Sidney there is no doubt: the nightmare begins again. But who insists on killing her? And because?

“Before leaving for the shelter, Hallie joins the trip and Sidney says goodbye to her boyfriend Derek, who is kidnapped and punished by his frat brothers for giving his Greek letters (a necklace) to his girlfriend. As punishment, he is tied half-naked to a material in the University theater. En route to the shelter, Ghostface savagely attacks the patrol, resulting in the deaths of the two officers and Hallie. Sidney manages to escape to the University theater where she is confronted by the new killer who reveals himself to her as Mickey and immediately accuses Derek of being an accomplice. Recalling his ordeal with Billy Loomis, Sid doubts his boyfriend’s innocence, giving Mickey the perfect opportunity to kill Derek (who turned out to be innocent after all) and introduce his true partner: Mrs. Loomis.”
