Tom plays a grumpy elderly man who is planning suicide until his nosy neighbour adopts him in the tearjerker.
"There was just no denying" her casting when Tom saw her audition on Wilson's iPad.
"If you want to live better, have a busybody Mexican woman knock on your door and say, 'Que paso?'"
Tom joked. "A man or woman could sing it," Wilson said.
