Jermaine Wiggins, a former Super Bowl XXXVI champion with the Patriots, claims Jaylen Brown informed him he wants out of Beantown and to be Jayson Tatum's sidekick with the Celtics.

When Wiggins was in the Hamptons on Long Island, he visited Brown and was given the impression that No. 7 would not re-sign with the team when he becomes an unrestricted free agency in 2024.

Thus far, Brown has spent all six seasons with the Cs, spending all but one alongside Tatum.

As an NBA All-Star, Brown has served as the team's second option for the last three seasons.

The new Boston Celtics head coach, Ime Udoka, brought in Marcus Smart to replace Brown as the team's starting point guard prior to the 2018-19 season, and Smart has since been the team's starting point guard.

It's Sports Illustrated's Chris Mannix's belief that a deal including Jaylen Brown and Marcus Smart/Grant Williams is the only way to get a deal for Kevin Durant worked out.

Broadcasting company NBC Sports A deal for Brown and Williams is unlikely, according to Chris Forsberg of the Boston Red Sox, but he also thinks the Cs won't give up Williams.

Boston Celtics would be the first team to be called by the Brooklyn Nets' executive staff, according to Avery Johnson.

In any scenario where Durant is brought back, it's evident that Brown would be a casualty.

Jaylen Brown is being insulted by Celtics fans because of his recent social media activities, such as like a post that stated "Jaylen Brown is so disrespectful."

When it comes to the team's internal debates about his role for the upcoming season, it's not hard to think that the former No. 3 overall choice in 2016 would be a little impatient.
