A Care Flight jet crashed late Friday in Nevada, killing five, including a patient and medical staff.
According to the Lyon County Sheriff's Office
The Lyon County Dispatch Center received many calls of a suspected plane crash near Stagecoach
Nevada, 45 miles east of Reno, at 9:15 p.m.
Care Flight, a service of Reno-based REMSA Health, and Guardian Flight, based in Utah
Stated in a statement after the disaster that a PC 12 fixed-wing aircraft
"We are heartbroken to report that we have now received confirmation from Central Lyon County Fire Department "
That none of the five people on board survived," read the statement from Care Flight.
