Vinland Saga Season 2 Episode 8 Release Date: Thorfinn and Einar kept working on the farm in the Vinland Saga Season 2 Episode 7 called “Iron Fist Ketil.” When Thorfinn asked what they should do next, Einar forced him to pray with him because that was his next step. While this is going on, Ketil’s wife nags Arnhied for talking to the other slaves and asks him to make breakfast and lunch for when Ketil comes back with the Thing.

Ketil comes back from the Thing with his oldest son Thorgil, who was away at war with the new king of England, Canute, and talks a lot about him. Snake brings the thief who has been stealing from the farm to Ketil and asks him to judge them. As the family sits down to eat, Thorgil talks about Ketil and how, back then, he was a real warrior known as “Iron Fist Ketil.” He also makes fun of Olmar.

As a punishment for the thief who is a child, Thorgil suggests cutting off one hand from each of them. In his speech, Ketil says that he is afraid of his own son because he is there. Patre says the children should work on his farm because their father owes them money and they should be beaten as punishment.

Thorgil steps in to beat the boy, but after just one blow, Ketil says he will do it himself because he is afraid Thorgil will kill the boy. Later that night, Ketil tells Arnheid, while he is crying in her lap, that he lied about being a warrior because he wanted to be known in society and is afraid of wars and other things, including his own son.
