At the end of episode 3, Harry and Helen managed to capture the Engineer, thwarting a involving the sale of portable nuclear weapons to the African fascist group, The Noble Cross. They achieved this through a combination of quick thinking, improvisation, and teamwork.

During the mission, Maria opened up to Luther about her fear of being with someone in their line of work after witnessing Ian Young’s death.
