Summoned to Another World for a Second Time Anime Release Date

The premiere of “Summoned to Another World… Again?” Episode 1 is set to air on Sunday, April 9, 2023, at 2 am JST on the ANiMAZiNG!!! Programming block on ABC TV/TV Asahi’s 24 affiliated stations across Japan. The show will also be available on other networks such as A-TX and BS11. Crunchyroll is expected to stream the series for fans outside Southeast Asia. The platform offers both free (with advertisements) and paid subscription plans, with a 14-day free trial for ad-free viewing.

About the Anime

“Summoned to Another World… Again?” revolves around Setsu and Touma, who were once summoned to the Isekai world and ended a war. After being resummoned, Setsu starts from the beginning as a newborn, while Touma joins the evil side. The story follows Setsu as he tries to stop Touma from succumbing to darkness. The second promotional video showcases the bond between the characters, an intriguing action sequence, and a preview of the opening song “Continue Distortion” by S.S.NiRVERGE∀.

The official cast of “Summoned to Another World… Again?” includes Shunichi Toki as Setsu Suzuki, Kaori Maeda as Elka, and Satomi Amano as Yūhi.
