The Rover Music Video Teaser just came out, and it’s like a Pandora’s box has been opened. The artist has been teasing his new song for weeks, and people are getting more and more excited. The song in the music video will be the title track on Kai’s upcoming solo album, which will have the same name.
The 26-second video clip starts with the artist walking into a sketchy barber shop and talking to a woman sitting behind the counter. She points him in a certain direction, and in a few short clips, she is seen giving him a new ID card. It shows that she is helping him change who he is, which is a big part of the album’s main idea.
Later, the artist and a group of background dancers do a few synchronised dance routines together. He wears many different outfits and shows up in many different places. During the short teaser, he is also seen changing his name on the ID several times.

Kai, whose real name is Kim Jongin, is known for how well he can dance and act. People expect him to show off his skills in the latest music video, too. Also, the best thing about his solo videos is always his sense of style and cool outfits. The title song is a Korean version of the English pop song Mr. Rover by the Bulgarian singer DARA.
After KAI in 2020 and Peaches in 2021, the upcoming mini-album will be the singer’s third solo album. His song “Mmmh,” which was the name of his album, went viral on many social media sites. Throughout his solo career, he has tried out different types of music, so it is likely that we will get to see a new side of the artist.
The singer is part of the popular K-pop group EXO, and he made his official debut in 2012 with the song “MAMA” from the album “XOXO,” which was released by SM Entertainment. He was also in the supergroup SuperM with Baekhyun, Taemin from SHINee, Mark, Taeyong, and Lucas from NCT. He started his solo career in November 2020, and since then he has kept putting out new projects.
The upcoming extended play is set to be released on March 13, 2023, at 6 PM KST. Are you excited about the upcoming solo album?
