Riverdale Season 6 Episode 9 Cast Review: This episode of Riverdale shows Percival and how persuasive he can prove to be. He is brainwashing all of Riverdale. One at a time. Not only can Jughead not read his mind, but Percival seems to ‌make people do things. They have concluded that they do, in fact, have their first supervillain in the midst.

Percival seems to have it out for Toni. He gives a harsh review of the city and then decides the biggest problem they have is the war that goes on between the Serpents and Ghoulies.

Toni sides with Percival’s ideas, agreeing that the Serpents need to be banned. Toni’s idea is that they are less of a “gang” and more of a political activist group. However, Fang shoots the idea down by bringing a bag full of weapons into their home, only to be raided by the cops. Oh, and Percival is a cop. He must have made this happen with his mind control. While Percival is busy getting Toni thrown out-of-town council. Betty, Jug, and Archie are getting as many allies as they can.

Abigail spends the episode trying to kill all three of our superheroes and reincarnate Thomasina into Toni’s body. She is also trying to kill Fang. She gets none of this accomplished.

A drive-by shooting at Pop’s has Toni removed from the town council. Then Toni gets a visit from her social worker after an anonymous tip that Anthony is not safe, but when they show up to check on him, he is missing from his crib.

They perform a banishment on Abigale. Toni is trying to get Anthony back. The Ghoulies challenge the Serpents and Veronica and Reggie struggle with Veronica, not understanding the depths of Reggie’s vices.
