The second-to-last episode of Riverdale Season 6 is Episode 21!
The conclusion will be influenced by what happens in this chapter; by then, we’ve typically figured out what that will be about.
We’ve spent a lot of time this season learning about Percival and the horrific things he’s done to the community, and we already know that he’s not done.
Season 6’s closing episodes could be one of his most important yet, leading to a slew of tricky issues that he may be unable to resolve simply.
Let’s only hope that the guys can find a solution swiftly!
It was a fact-gathering assignment at Riverdale’s “Upside Down” in Episode 20 rather than a dangerous road trip.
Riverdale’s current Big Bad was a primary focus of the investigation, especially with the looming threat of war.
Riverdale Season 6 has only two more episodes, so any new facts or discoveries are more important than ever.
The opening chapter of this episode was particularly dense with setting up the plot. Percival lays out everything; he discusses his upbringing, motivations, goals, and the rationale for his acts.
In addition, the neighboring characters described the powers and the reasons behind all that was happening, filling in the remaining spaces.
Riverdale Season 6 Episode 20 Recap
Let’s review the previous episode of Riverdale Season 6 Episode 21 first.
In Episode 20, Alice and Percival sit down for a live interview on the air, shown in the background.
Before airing the killings of Kevin, Reggie, and Mr. Mantle, he requested that they have a discussion.
Alice, who has also been brainwashed, concurs wholeheartedly. In the interview, we learn that Percival arrived on the Ruby Pearl in 1580, along with the other founding members of the town.
He was put to death after being caught practicing witchcraft.
After he had been left to starve in the woods, the devil came to see him. In exchange for freedom and immortality, Percival agreed to trade his soul.
The Devil got what he wanted. His return to Rivervale 400 years later was a surprise because an explosion had brought him back there.
He was thrown into a new reality without warning but quickly learned how to navigate it.
In the wake of Rivervale’s energy levels infiltrating Riverdale, Percival began preparing to ensure that he would win the struggle for the soul of Riverdale.
To Cheryl, Jason tells her that Augustus is gathering the spirits of the dead to attack the living.
Percival intends to return the ghosts in question to their original locations using his train.
Percival responds to Alice’s queries regarding his approach by describing “the sovereign state of Percival.”
Everyone in the community should be under his control, even the deceased.
We’ll talk about when Riverdale Season 6 Episode 21 comes out and what happens in it now.
