Spoilers For Season 13 Episode 18

NCIS Los Angeles Season 13 Episode 18: NCIS investigates the hug of a woman employed in the Navy’s missile defense program and its connection to stolen navy missile technology. Also, a strict social worker stresses out Deeks, and Sam debates selling his boat.

NCIS Los Angeles Season 13 Episode 17

The NCIS team helps the Naval intelligence Officer Akhil locate a missing officer. He was recruiting foreign assets as a source of intelligence when he went missing. The psychologist and Callen find the man that was training Callen when he was a boy. Kensi and Deeks start the adoption process.

Callen break’s into Hetty’s files; he comes across a file on “subject 17” with his same birthday. Callen steals the file to give to Sam. Sam does not want anything to do with it, but Callen goes on and on about the testing the children were put through including cognitive tests. Sam, against his better judgment, reads the file.

Callen says he is biased with Hetty probably because he has possibly known her since he was eight years old. She “created him”. What if the file is right and he has known Hetti since he was eight years old? He has to find out.

Callen remembered being tested with blocks and putting together a gun. Could he have gone to the Russian Spy School? He finally asks Kilbride if Hetti ran a program for children to be future Ops? His re;y was for Callen to ask Hetti.

When Callen finds Hetti she is catching files on fire. He throws the file he stole on subject 17 at her. He gets the answer to his question. As she yells yes at him. When he is able to speak to her about it he goes back for her, but she is gone. Already left for her mission.

Tonight’s episode starts out with the body of Petty Officer Third Class Nikki Lee being found strangled on the beach. Callen has to skip out on this one once again, but Hetti’s team is in charge of this one. It was really killing Callen that Sam was partnered up with someone Kilbride had brought in who was a former, but now works with the U.S. Marshalls. Sabatino and Sam were working together on this one.

Sabatino said that Nikki was doing research to build a missile. He thought maybe it had something to do with that or another country wanting to get information from her about the missile. Sabatino was part of a task force that investigated Libya and they had been known to steal the technology of the naval’s in the past. Callen and Sam are not too happy with his presence on the case, but there is nothing they can do about it. Since the Admiral had ordered Callen to stay at home for a couple of days and get his head cleared.

Come to find out Nikki had just found out she was pregnant and her boyfriend was not happy with that. He had been known to hit her in the past, and he had recently moved away. Nikki just went after him for support of their child that he did not want. Then the boyfriend moves back because the law was after him. Maybe this guy could also be a suspect in Nikki’s murder. He does have an alibi for the time that Nikki was murdered and it is with his probation officer. So that puts him off the suspect list.

Sabatino and Sam then talk to a man named Big Wes who had been in trouble for just about everything in the past, and he was not cooperating with them. They did get video outside Big Wes’s club of Nikki arguing with a guy in a cowboy hat. Then a car comes up and takes Nikki. Why did the guy in the cowboy hat not report her being abducted?

Turns out Mr. cowboy hat was Navy Petty Officer Gary Hudson. Nikki’s boss. Officer Hudson was getting paid by Big Wes for information. And he was trying to get the schematics on the missile. The night Nikki was murdered was the same night Officer Hudson gave Wes the stolen missile schematics for his overseas friend. Big Wes finds himself in a charge of Murder and Sam and Sabatino find themselves working together well.

Deek was so depressed from his visit with the social worker. Then he talks Kilbride into reaching out to his son. To close the two episodes Sabitno informs Sam that nobody wants him to sell his boat.
