NCIS Los Angeles Season 13 Episode 15 Review

Episode 15 gets underway with Devin Rountree getting pulled over, driving his younger sister guest star (Ava McCoy) Jordyn Rountree to school, and becoming the victim of racial profiling. They were both arrested but later released when they found out Rountree was, in fact, a Federal agent. Rountree seems to blow off the help from his team, as they seem more disturbed than Rountree himself by the video they witnessed. Sam gets especially angry.

And is sick of racial profiling. Maybe he has dealt with this personally. As Rountree copes with it on his own, he enlists the help of his boss, who told him it was too big of a favor to ask.

The crew gets dispatched to the death of a Navy photographer. They assigned a photographer to take photos of the construction of the new weapons station. Someone clearly chose the photographer for her specialty work. Andrea Bishop, who was also a journalist in her free time, was found murdered in her apartment.

Her laptop and camera were missing. Assumed to have been stolen by the murderer who was looking for something Andrea had photographed. The team finds out there were weapons missing and a USB drive that caught a van leaving the base at the same time those weapons went missing. After tracking down the van, they learned the owner was just helping out an unnamed man who he assumed worked at the base because of how easily he could get past security.

As for Rountree asking for too much of a favor, he handles the problem from a podium. Promising more action and drama in Episode 16.
