Sony Pictures International, GMB Entertainment, and A+S Movies are producing Major, a 2022 Indian biographical action/drama film starring Sashi Kiran Tikka.
When Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan was slain in the 2008 Mumbai attacks, the video chronicles his life in Telugu and Hindi. Besides starring in and creating the story and script, Adivi Sesh also plays the protagonist in his Hindi film debut.
Prakash Raj, Sobhita Dhulipala, Saiee Manjrekar, Revathi, Murali Sharma, and Anish Kuruvilla are the other actors in the movie.

In India, the film had a limited theatrical release on May 24, 2022, and it was made available to the public in the rest of the world on June 3, 2022.

Netflix purchased digital distribution rights for all languages. But there is no official announcement when the Major release on the OTT platform Netflix.
Where Was The Film Major 2022 Filmed?
In February of the following year, the first draughts of the finished film were shot. As a result of India’s COVID-19 outbreak in March 2020, filming was postponed.
By September 2020 rolls around, more than half of the movie will have been filmed, with more coming in Hyderabad in October of that year.
In November 2020, the filming of Sobhita Dhulipala’s scenes ended. Sesh started filming the last schedule of the film in August 2021.
After the film’s principal photography wrapped up in December 2021, post-production work began with the recording of Sesh’s voice for the Hindi version of the film. It took 120 days to shoot Major, filmed in 75 different locations.
