John Wick 4 Release Date Greece: John Wick: Chapter 4, directed by Chad Stahelski and written by Shay Hatten and Michael Finch, is the latest neo-noir action thriller movie starring Keanu Reeves as the lead character. Along with Reeves, the movie also stars an ensemble of A-list actors including Donnie Yen, Bill Skarsgård, Laurence Fishburne, Hiroyuki Sanada, Shamier Anderson, Lance Reddick, Rina Sawayama, Scott Adkins, Clancy Brown, and Ian McShane. The plot follows John Wick seeking vengeance against the High Table and those who betrayed him and left him to die.

Development and Production

Development for John Wick: Chapter 4 started even before the release of its predecessor, with Lionsgate announcing the project in May 2019. Shay Hatten and Michael Finch took over as writers, replacing franchise creator Derek Kolstad. Principal photography occurred between June and October 2021, with filming locations spanning France, Germany, New York City, and Japan.

Release Delays and Premiere

John Wick: Chapter 4 was originally set for release on May 21, 2021, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the film faced delays. The release date was postponed to May 27, 2022, and then to March 24, 2023, in part to avoid competition with Top Gun: Maverick. On March 6, 2023, the movie premiered at Odeon Luxe Leicester Square in London, followed by a special screening at South by Southwest on March 13, 2023, and was received positively by critics.

International Releases

The Greece release of John Wick: Chapter 4 took place on March 24, 2023, with the film also dubbed and released in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu languages in India. South Korea is set to see the movie in theaters on April 12, 2023, while Greek fans can anticipate its arrival in theaters soon, based on its international release pattern.
