This one promises to be a lot of fun.”

We learn more in the fall from the synopsis of the season-ending episode “Nemesis.” Severide is struggling with the consequences of helping Detective Pryma with the Martucci inquiry. The character of Gallo, played by Alberto Rosende, will supply us with what could be the episode’s most amusing storyline.

In a matter of days, the National Firefighters Association will host its annual Winter Conference. He’s considering sending David Eigenberg’s Herrmann to represent Firehouse 51 at the gathering. An unexpected character is revealed to return in the final sentence of the synopsis. Have we had any chance to meet Casey? Is there someone from the past who worked with Severide or Kidd that you can think of? There is only a little wiggle area for originality in this section.
