Promised Land Synopsis
At the center of the US drama series “Promised Land” is the Weinberg Heritage House in the Sonoma Valley in California. There, two families of several generations fight over access to wealth and power. Joe Sandoval (John Ortiz) has expanded the winery in the Sonoma Valley into a family empire over the years. When a stranger’s arrival threatens to drive a wedge between family members and old secrets threaten the future.
